What a find! First class hospitality in an absolutely beautiful building. We felt like royalty.The room was spacious and very tastefully furnished. As is the entire place. I cannot recall having breakfast in a more elegant space.Kate and Beth helped to make our stay a truly memorable one. Our first city break in Edinburgh and certainly not our last. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we next visit.

A rare find of an unpretentious, boutique hotel in a beautiful Georgian terrace building. There are only a handful of rooms and they're absolutely stunning, with views to the water on a good day and a massive comfy bed and equally big bathroom. Breakfast was continental and served in a very elegant room to just us most days - quite an experience and a really tasty breakfast. Beth and Katie were incredibly accommodating and had great recommendations and stories for us.
