This is a braw tap room, but if you're wondering if the many negative references to the wee bar keeper are fair, then aye they're all true. Jess don't take it personally, the draughts are rare tasty and the drams are pure nectar. Gardeloo!
Bad reviews must be of one dodgy egg that doesn’t work there anymore. One of the best bars in Edinburgh, specialised wine, beer and spirits with fab snacks. Service was fab and atmosphere was cosy. 10/10 :)

Cute, shabby chic interior and a real fireplace create a nice atmosphere. The bar staff were not very helpful at first round, making it a bit awkward, considering the style of menu assumes you either know a bit about wine or ask for recommendations. We stayed for 2 rounds, and the second visit to the bar was somewhat warmer. However, not in a hurry to return.
