Travelled from England to catch up with family in Scotland, some of who were staying in the adjoining hotel. The order and bill was complex due to various offers /discounts but the manager and staff couldn't have been more friendly, patient or helpful. Excellent service.
Had breakfast and one evening meal here. Food was mediocre to say the least. Staff were mainly rude and appeared to not want our service - apart from one lovely little lady at breakfast who was very friendly and really nice.
