This seems to be a very traditional Scottish restaurant. My husband and I were the only ‘tourists’ there. Food is delicious, dishes are the right size, and prices are perfect! I ordered a fish platter and it was the most delicious fish board ever! It was all Scottish fish perfectly paired with oat cakes and fresh bread. Book in advance if you want food. Tables are downstairs and fill up quickly. Food is really good, staff are super helpful and understanding, the buzz in the bar room is a perfect traditional tavern.

Overall: Awesome except mac & cheeseProper scottish scran in a lovely wee pub, got the cullen skink and mac (no photo). Mac was floury and not cheesy, not great. Cullen skink was creamy, smoky, and quite filling at 6.50. Friends had fish and chips (small was a good size for one!) and steak pie, both said were good. Will come again for their other menu items!
