Excellent staff and experience at the Caley bar. Meghan and Beth were superb bartenders, sharing with us their extensive knowledge of the cocktails, local gins, and fine whiskeys and scotches on hand. They not only crafted some of the most sumptuous drinks, but also shared with us the ‘dos and don’ts’ in Edinburgh. Pretty cool bar. Vibe is very relaxing and we had a great time. Beth was our server and and she was fantastic. Very personable and pleasant to talk to. Ellie made the hands down, best Whisky sour I have ever had. Cannot recommend enough!!
