I ordered my drink and took a seat as my knee was hurting. When my drink was called, the girl who served me (who was now cleaning tables) went over and got my coffee without me even asking. Nice to see somewhere that stl has good customer service.
As usual my husband and I had a very enjoyable coffee once again and, as reported previously, we have a very pleasant, helpful and efficient staff at Costa within the premises of Tesco in Forres, Morayshire.

We use this Costa when shopping at Tesco. The staff and service are first class. Since COVID our visits have been less frequent but what must be noted is the staff’s attention to cleanliness and covid rules including track and trace. All the procedures followed rigorously especially cleaning of tables etc, immediately a customer leaves.This not found in other establishments.All of the staff here are a credit to your company and must be commended.
