We dropped in for lunch at "the mooring" (august 30) and sat in the open air. It started to rain, so we moved to an outdoor rain proof table. The turkish owner treated us like family. He took time to have a talk with us. We got top quality americano and cappuccino and had delicious tuna sandwiches (4 sandwiches) with chips and salad. Not to much mayonaise or salt. Toilets were clean. We cannot think of anything to improve. Value for money.

Score it for what it is - a cosy, friendly spot, but clearly set up for speedy service to suit all the mini tour buses and boat trip folk, it's not a fancy restaurant. BUT don't let that put you off, great menu, very fast service (although it was nearly full) and our choices were delicious, good quality meals. The staff were friendly andI would thoroughly recommend a visit.
