We were left standing at the entrance, no eye contact from anyone or a nod to say we will be with you shortly. Once a male member of staff came to attend to us there was no welcome just said have you booked? we said no, then he replied ok I need the table back at 2pm. Several flights of stairs later, my friend has a walking stick (at one point I lost sight of him due to the speed he was going) we reached out table. Oue server last night was the highlight of our visit. Superbly efficient and extremely friendly and helpful. The food was run of the mill Italian fare, cooled ok, and taking fine. Nothing spectacular, but quote adequate. However £4.40 for a glass of coke did irk a bit!

Went in for the first time for dinner, the food was amazing, very quick service and the staff were pretty friendly.The prices were great for what we were given, and the portion sizes were huge. We ordered carbonara, lobster ravioli, and 2 frozen strawberry daiquiris, which tasted amazing.We didn't have a desert, but they all looked amazing. Every single one is freshly made by the chef.
