Breakfast buffet was excellent, only downfall was serving time as felt with delay service it impacted on entertainment time. If advertising 12, then should be starting at least by 12.15.\nSometimes through out the event only one member of staff on, this caused delays in waiting to be served, not good for customer to be standing about. Also pressure for the bar staff. On such events why not introduce table service, sure you would make more revenue.

A family treat on a Saturday was just exceptional with fabulous tiger prawns in chilli and garlic or Pesto Crostini (ham + mozzarella + tomatoes + basil on “toasted bread” ) as a great fresh and stimulating starter.\nThe main dishes were even better, a risotto of divine flavour with strips of fillet beef (perhaps they could have been peppered) and a fabulous “special “of salmon + chorizo + sauce + mashed potatoes. Actually, the request was for pasta BUT the mash was superb and matched perfectly.\nThe sweets of Tiramisu torte + Raspberry vecherin + Affogato were just delicious.\nA good wine selection was made and all were enjoyed and the cost was reasonable \n In spite of the high quality.

This is always a great place to visit. Top offerings for us are the burgers which are getting on the pricey side (isn't everything) but still worth it. My favourite is the salt and chilli monster burger...........

My friend was up from England and wanted to take myself and husband out for lunch I read the menu from Duncans to check there was a good choice of dishes we' would eat (fed up of viewing menus at places where everything is smothered in BBQ sauce or are Americanised which everything seems to be at moment) so booked Duncans for yesterday 25th July 2025. When I phoned to book the lady was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful when I explained I was in a wheelchair and needed enough space for me where people wouldn't struggle and bang into me and I wasn't in way of staff. When we arrived there the table was perfect and there was plenty of room for me my chair my husband and friend. We ordered lunch which arrived quite quickly there was no long wait and the food was hot and very fresh we ate every morsel it was really tasty and very enjoyable and light enough for a lunch. The staff were all friendly and approachable and it was a comfortable and chill environment to relax and chat. Being disabled I don't get out too often but Duncans made my experience enjoyable and we will be back when im having another good day. Thank you to all at Duncans that helped, served and cooked for our wonderful lunch we will be back and I will recommend you to family and friends.

10/10 experience the ice cream is delicious! BUT THE MUSIC IS BANGING WITH PARAMORE, MCR, FOB AND CHAPPELL ROAN, US EMOS/ALTS ARE HAVING A JAM SESSION WHILST HAVING ICECREAM ONLY THE BEST THING TO DO WHICH DOESN'T HAPPENED OFTEN AS IF WE DO WE NEED TO BUY ICECREAM AND PUT ON SPOTIFY WITH HEADPHONES. staff are also so nice and look awesome too. Love vanilla Joe's so much need to come back to jam to more emo songs.

Me and my partner decided last minute to visit after previously ordering a takeaway before we were dying to check it out in person from start to finish we had amazing customer service staff we’re so warm and welcoming and you can tell they have put their hearts and souls into the place as soon as we sat down we were attended to straight away with a smile the food was absolutely outstanding never tasted anything like it if you have never ever tried here and were thinking of it definitely do it is so worth it we’re already talking about what to have next off the menu next time we come in Thanks Again!!

Me and my fiance came to the restaurant for the first time and we were not disappointed. Jodie was our server and she was so lovely, chatted away and answered any questions we had. The food was 10/10. I had the chicken tempura and Cajun chicken burger, it was Devine and perfectly cooked. My fiance had the Aberdeen Angus burger and took a Bonnie burger (chicken burger with haggis) home with him. We have already made plans to come back next week with my mother in-law. Please visit if you haven't already because it's absolutely brilliant.

Easy to order online and good menu selection available. Only negative about my order was I asked for it to arrive at 6.30 but it arrived at 5 o'clock so beware if ordering in advance!

Despite needing reheating because of the early delivery, the food was god and portion sizes generous. Will definitely order from here again!

Went for an afternoon spa as a birthday treat.
Definitely one of the best spa experiences I've had. The facilities were first rate & my massage (by Holly) was one of the best I've ever had. I have a lot of neck & shoulder problems & she really helped to relieve these.
All of the staff were friendly & approachable. Luckily, the weather was glorious so it was extra special to sit out on the terrace with my glass of prosecco, overlooking the lovely grounds.
As a special treat it was well worth the price.
Only slight criticism would be the signage as you enter the car park. I went into the wrong building & one of the workers outside said it happens all the time.
Didn't spoil my overall experience though. Would definitely recommend.

Great food....I passed this little place by accident and decided to pop in for a quick takeaway snack , but after having a quick look at the menu, i decided to stay for a meal... I'm so glad I did it was absolutely delicious and fresh made ! Would advise to give it a go , it's a wee gold mine only down side is the decor is a bit dated which could give of the wrong impression as run down and not that good! But definitely not the case.
