The room was lovely and clean and the reception staff were friendly.The spa facilities are very good.Dinner was lovely and table service from Grant was very good however the bar service in the lounge was diabolical! After dinner we sat in the lounge. 10 mins had passed and nobody came over to take a drinks order. Here for a work trip, very nice friendly hotel staff, clean rooms and free wifi onsite parking. Breakfast is a nice selection of hot and cold foods plus full scottish breakfast. Residents can use the spa and thermal pool booking is required. Room has en suite bathroom, both bath and shower big sized TV. Beds are also large and comfy. Can highly recommend the location and hotel.
Spa Day with girlfriends- absolutely amazing. Gorgeous place, all cosy and calm and lush. Feels private and not over busy. Thermal room is very relaxing and outside area is fab even in the winter cold. Staff were all fantastic, you feel very well looked after. My treatments were the best I have had in a very long time.
