Carradale, CampbeltownWe were in Campbeltown for a weekend and decided to drive over to Carradale for a walk and a visit to the tearoom. This is a lovely cosy place with very friendly staff, really tasty, well presented food and some good music playing in the background. We will be back!

Distillery Café
Lephincorrach Farmhouse Torrisdale Castle Estate, CampbeltownWe only had cake which was pretty good but what made the visit excellent was the employee who explained their history to us and took us into the distillery and showed us around. After a couple tastings of the gin and brandy we were of course convinced to buy some!
The cafe was very clean and minimal. Perhaps could use a bit of personalisation to make it warmer and cosier.

Cafe Bluebell
6 Hall St, CampbeltownDelicious full breakfast with lovely service and a late Saturday morning ambiance. I had my last full Scottish Breakfast of a long visit to the UK here. I expericed a cute café with nice decor, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere while I waited for my family to finish a round of golf nearby. Highly recommend.

The Kintyre Larder
23-25 Main St, CampbeltownCame up from Glasgow for the weekend with my young son to camp and found the Larder after a night camping on West port beach. I can honestly say it was the best roll and sausage I have ever tasted along with a bacon one! Lol Came back the following weekend with the misses to explore the coastline of Kintyre and to get another roll and sausage it was that good!!!

Carradale Hotel
3 Airds, Carradale East, CampbeltownThe room was nice, clean, comfortable bed and very quiet. I overlook the garden and in the distance you can see the sea. Equipped with a kettle with instant coffee and tea and everything needed for showering and shampooing. A hairdryer was missing.
The owners available. The structure appears a little neglected but overall welcoming.

The Old Clubhouse Pub & Restaurant
The Village at Machrihanish Dunes, MachrihanishCame here for lunch and left us feeling full and happy! Jamie our server was great, large portions and proper yummy food. The complimentary Scottish tablet upon leaving was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this place.

72 Longrow, CampbeltownStacey and Martin are both good out front, easy to talk too and helpful. The salt and pepper chips are so so tasty, my friends always buy the mushrooms side order as they come in a delicious gravy that they havnt been able to find in the whole of glasgow.

The Black Sheep Pub

Had the roast with sirloin and draught Pepsi - the mea was tasty, but would have liked a separate gravy boat and the drink was pretty weak. The lad behind the bar got a bit flustered when our group arrived and he was all on his own for the most part. Also noticed that he was scooping ice using the serving glass (big no no).
