Sidings Cafe
Dufftown, KeithSidings is a great cafe stop just on the edge of Dufftown at Dufftown station. Great coffee and breakfast in the converted railway carriage. It was great to learn about Dufftowns connection to the Canadian Pacific Line in the room at the station, great information, highly recommend!

Boogie Woogie
2 Regent Square, KeithWe stop by Keith every year on our way to Elgin, and this lovely café has become a firm family favourite. The staff are always warm and welcoming, the food is fresh and tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. Easy parking is a big bonus too, especially when travelling with kids. Highly recommend popping in if you’re passing through!

22 Fife St, Dufftown, KeithA beautiful corporate luxury accommodation in dufftown. A historic building that includes distinct Scottish touches throughout the property, the history is matched with a modern fully stocked kitchen. It was the best property we stayed on our travels of Scotland, highlighting our time in dufftown. Also has it an own whiskey snug, with as many whiskeys as you can find in town, perfect to entertain.

New Wah Ling Takeaway
136 Mid St, KeithThe best Chinese food we’ve ever had as someone who is Chinese. The quality of the food is unbelievably delicious especially in a small town like keith. Really impressed with the hygiene inside of the shop. I would definitely come again and do recommend it to anyone who’s craving Chinese food.

Plough Inn
95 Mid St, KeithOur local and a brilliant family run friendly bar. The bar itself is roomy, well decorated, has a pool table, juke box and dart board. They stock a very good selection of non alcoholic drinks as well as alcoholic ones. You can then go through to a recently redecorated lounge with its own bar, perfect for small functions, funeral teas etc. This opens on to a sizeable beer garden which is lovely in the warmer weather.

7 The Square, Newmill, KeithMust be short-handed tonight. Told to pick up my order at 7, knew something was up as the place was standing room only. Got told my order would be a few minutes. Fair enough and I had paid my money by then anyway. 42 minutes later, I was given my order without any explanation or apology. Had to reheat it once I got home, as well. Not had this bad service before. I understand they must be busy, as there was a waiting time of an hour and a half for phone orders by the time I arrived, but a bit of customer service wouldn’t have hurt, rather than leaving me sitting there with no clue what was going on for over half an hour after the time I was asked to pick up the order. I won’t be ordering again for a long while.

Castle Chinese Takeaway
5 Church St, Dufftown, KeithDefinitely the best Chinese in Moray. Fantastic, fresh tasting food with excellent service. Everything I've tried on the menu so far has been cooked perfectly with lots of flavour. They have the best vegetarian options of any restaurant I've ever been too.
Very reasonably priced also.
Lovely staff and atmosphere.

Mid St, KeithWe had a lovely visit to this quaint little cafe while visiting the charming little village of Keith. We especially enjoyed the coffees and sticky toffee pudding. The service and hospitality were outstanding, and I would highly recommend this cafe to you.

The Bengal Spice
94 Mid St, KeithFirst visit to Bengal Spice for many years. On hearing it had changed hands and had some refurbishment it was time to visit again. Great experience from start to finish, warm welcome, friendly service. BYO at the moment as licence is pending, however this is not an issue, glasses offered to the table for our beverages. Excellent food, the menu offers the usual suspects and some house specials, plenty choice indeed. Lovely chat with Abdul following our meal, Thursday night is Buffet Night, it comes highly recommended. Look forward to visiting again soon.
