Me and my boyfriend have just returned from our 2 night stay. Absolutely 5* experience, beautiful grounds and facilities. Staff very helpful, restaurant is pricey as is the spa treatments but you get what you pay for. Breakfast included as was the general spa, both were a highlight. We also used the gym, quite small but decent equipment. We decided to go into Jedburgh for dinner one night which was only 15 mins drive. A fantastic hotel with amazing service from everyone there. We spent a weekend here and really enjoyed it. The rooms were a great size with under floor heating in the bathroom. Spa area was tranquil with a variety of teas to choose from. Loved
During our overnight stay here on our road trip back to Manchester, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of a complimentary EV charging station—a great plus. The front office staff were both pleasant and professional. Impressively, when we realized we had left our electric toothbrush in the room, they promptly located it and agreed to send it back to us.
