The Elphin Tearooms, Elphin, LairgFantastic wee gem of a cafe! We needed a wee pick me up after our day trip to Achmelvich Bay and even though we arrived just before closing, we were warmly welcomed. Yummy homemade cakes and perfect tea/coffee (and hot chocolates for the kids). Definitely an amazing wee family-run cafe for making a pit stop...and you'll be spoilt with the amazing views of Suilvan, Cùl Mòr, Canisp, and even Stac Pollaidh in the distance...what more could you wish for...

Lochinver, LairgA small group of us popped in here after a long day of travelling and the bartender was super friendly and helpful when we asked to sit for dinner. The food was great & drinks were better!
