It's a really amazing place. The atmosphere is great, the surrounding area is beautiful and the staff is great (we didn't have to wait for our order to be taken, we were asked later on if we needed anything, if the food was ok etc.). As for the food, big portions and very tasty. We had fish and beef, both delicious. If there is anything that could be fixed it's probably the external stairs. This was a last minute reservation but are we delighted we went. Service was very good food excellent. My husband had the steak and ale pie which was delicious he claims the best he has tried. Believe me that is some recommendation. Delightful views over the loch. Highly recommend will definitely visit again when next in the area. Tony. Marjorie and Alison.

Food is always superb here. Portion sizes are big and we find we don't need a starter or dessert! Might do a starter and a dessert next time lol.But then again we're not big eaters.
