Gilmerton Rd, EdinburghThis is the restaurant at Melville Castle Hotel and is set in the downstairs cellar area. It has a nice feel and authentic atmosphere. The menu choice is quite small but with a bit of variety. The food was superb, freshly made with excellent quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive as well, highly recommended.

Lothian Bridge, Newbattle, DalkeithStayed for work, had a lovely stay, dinner was delicious 3 courses washed down with a couple beers. Breakfast was equally delicious.
Service was great, room spacious, clean and tidy with a powerful shower.
Will stay again.
