And the whopper burger I got was lovely ??

U38, Princes St, Port GlasgowI just wanted to say thank you to Nicole (the shift manager that was on today) and also the man that phoned before we phoned back :) I had a massive problem with just eat not letting me cancel my order due to things not being available in the shop (not Gregg's fault) but just eat were telling me I couldn't cancel my order and if I cancelled then I would still be charged. My partner phoned the shop and explained this and Nicole made me the 2 sandwiches that I wanted fresh from scratch and she was so lovely to deal with and very kind, I really appreciate it ❤️ she definitely made my day better! Thank you for your kindness x

Main Rd, Langbank, Port GlasgowWe came here for breakfast to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely for the most part and made for a really enjoyable morning.
Unfortunately, our experience was briefly overshadowed by an extremely rude and entitled older man and woman who spoke to the staff in a completely unacceptable way. This had absolutely nothing to do with the restaurant or its team — if anything, it highlighted just how professional and calm the staff were. They handled the situation perfectly, with far more patience and grace than the behaviour deserved.
We were honestly disgusted by the way those customers treated them, and had we been closer we would have felt compelled to step in, but we didn’t want to cause a scene, especially as we were there to celebrate a birthday.
Well done to the team for how you handled a difficult situation, and sorry that you had to deal with that. We’ll definitely be back — for the food, the service, and the professionalism you showed today.

The Manzil Tandoori Takeaway

I recommend pick up as on delivery they always forget to put the sauce over it & when opening the box to no sauce is so disappointing so pick up unless your having a bevy

Costa Coffee
Drive Thru, Shopping Park, Greenock Rd, Port GlasgowPopped in for a quick toastie and latte as tragedy struck as I stopped outside to make a phone call. My car broke down and I had to wait on AA.Oh my goodness, that coffee was fab. Servers were just lovely and it was made in a couple of minutes. Well done women of costco. I only left a 50p tip I regret it, it should have been more. Next time I pass it will be. Hope my car doesn't die on me again. ?
