The Distillery, hotel snd restaurant were some of the highest quality experiences I have had when it comes of professionalism and hospitality of staff from all parts of the site. The winter whiskey rate was higher for single occupancy than if it was booked separately. This was raised with the staff but haven't had feedback. Food and location great. Tour guide knowledgable. This is a truly beautiful hotel with outstanding service and spectacular views across the Skye. Distillery tour was excellent - and fun - too. Highly recommend making the trip across to visit. The nearby Dùn Caan hike (~3 hours) is worth it too before you settle in for whisky and great food.
