63-65 Hairst St, RenfrewI shouldn’t be writing reviews on Christmas Day but I couldn’t wait to complement the management and staff at Piccolo Mondo.\n5 adults and 2 boys aged 6 and 11 made up our party and not a complaint between us.\nI would say 7 clean plates but the portions were generous and not everyone was able to finish.\nWe couldn’t believe the huge choice of starters and mains listed on the menu. I just don’t know how they were able to cope with such a choice on Christmas Day but cope they certainly did.\nFrom we welcome we received as we walked through the door until the thanks we received as we walked out the door, every member of staff we encountered was professional yet friendly and we were made to feel not only welcome but very special.\nI don’t know how they accomplished this as they must have been under enormous pressure with a full restaurant.\nThe service was excellent and we never at any point felt rushed or that we were sitting waiting to be served.\nThe atmosphere was very balanced, not too noisy but not stifled or restricted and the lovely live piano music just added to the ambience.\nTo finish I must return to the quality of food which was exceptional.\nSuch a wonderful family Christmas Day dinner and so good we have already booked for next year.\nTo all at Piccolo Mondo Renfrew “ a Very Merry Christmas from the Roberts family and a huge Thank You to all involved”.

63 Hairst St, RenfrewOrdered takeout. I had the prawns xacuti and naan bread. The naan bread was HUGE ! We also had 5 other dishes and they were all great. Whatever dish you order, do yourself a favor, get the naan bread please !

1-3 Canal St, RenfrewOutstanding.\nWe walked in and they were very accommodating even though they were busy. Waiter was very friendly. We ordered mussels in a white wine sauce and it was delicious and for main We had fillet steak, cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.

Five Guys Braehead Xsite
Unit 14, XSite Braehead, Glasgow, RenfrewQuick preparation and tasted nice. Both coke machines were working and bathrooms were nice. They don't sell coffee but they allow people to buy coffee nearby and drink it with their meal. Lots of seating.

147 Shieldhall Rd, GlasgowI'm anaphylactic to Palm oil and not had a take away for 5 yrs since diagnosis. I had a yearning for an Indian curry and explained to manager. He went over and above to help me,asking chef's for ingredients, checking packaging ingredients on oil etc...turns out I couldnt have a curry due to the dreaded Palm being in most stuff cooked with the oil!! He made me up a beautiful kebab with a palm free pitta bread and as much meat as a family of 4 could eat!
Even suggested if I brought my own oil in He would make me a curry!!
Now that's what u call service!!

Broadloan, Renfrewmy friend and I visited for the first time this afternoon ? we both ordered Salt n pepper chilli chicken and we were not disappointed. The chips were amazing and the portion size was huge . We were greeted by a lovely lady who seated us and again came over to make sure our food was ok. The atmosphere was nice with people just enjoying there Saturday afternoon and using the pool table. We will 100% be visiting again and bringing our family and friends with us . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

had?. I love a curry and I'm well traveled around UK, but the Renfrew Tandoori was utterly 'stand out' from the rest I've tried. I can't give them more praise if I tried. Well done guys and I hope to eat there soon on my next visit to Glasgow. 10 out of 10!!!!!!

Braehead Shopping Centre, Unit C7, Intu, King's Inch Rd, Glasgowvisited Yo! yesterday to try out their new bottomless belt offer. It has been a very long time since I’ve been able to eat as much sushi/sashimi as I want without breaking the bank ?so I was very much looking forward to this when I heard they brought this offer back for £30pp.
Conveyor belt was full and loads of options for veggies too. Chefs were preparing new dishes and topping up the belt for the whole 90 mins we were there. Great selection of sushi rolls and sashimi for everyone. Food was fresh and staff were friendly and prompt to clear our table too. I did not take a picture of the total plates but I think between us we had roughly 28 plates and two drinks. This came to £67.40. Was told we saved £174….we did mainly eat from the yellow plates as it is our fave with sashimi and nigiri and it is £8.95 per plate.
Would definitely recommend going to Yo! for this offer to satiate your sushi cravings like I did. Left the place with a very full belly and will definitely be back!

King's Inch Rd, RenfrewMy family visit the Lord of the isles regularly, no matter what time year and allways enjoy the experience, specially the attentive staff , who keep the venue running smoothly, mrs Reilly usually has the buttermilk chicken with salad and crispy french fries , I like the real ales which are available on guest rotation basis with plenty of choices , The overall value is 1st class with topical brands of soft and alcoholic drinks allways available, plus no matter how busy it is the staff manage to interact with the customers, can’t praise this Wetherspoons high enough “

My partner likes to eat here (he can eat everything ?), but my expectations about food and taste are too high, so I can't enjoy the taste of the food at maximum here. I can eat here only if I'm really hungry ? like noodles, rice, beef, and salad (fruits). (The rest of the food contains some specific Chinese sos / spices that makes all the food taste the same. Unfortunately, I dont like that flavour). If you're like my partner, you will enjoy here. If you are like me you don't! ?

12 Canal St, RenfrewThis is the best subway in all of Renfrewshire by far. Staff are ELITE. Always soo friendly, and I always see them changing gloves etc. when making my vegan food (I'm lactose intolerant so it's necessary!). Will never enjoy any other subway as much as I enjoy coming to this one. I'd go as far as to say its better than the on in Victoria Station in London ?

62 Hairst St, RenfrewI have to say I am partial to Sherwood for the breaded special fish. Served in a pizza box it actually works for me. I am ignorant of the fish variety but remember reading it was special, a bit like my order. Works with a nice red too.
