A815, Coylet, DunoonWe stopped there sporadically to have breakfast. This old house is simply fantastic. The boss gave us such great and uncomplicated hospitality. You simply have to see the house from the inside. You can immerse yourself in the past there. The house is still from 1650. I'm still totally thrilled. ??????????

Holy Loch Marina, Rankin's Brae, Sandbank, DunoonTwo mornings in a row my partner and I have been in for breakfast and the food was lovely, freshly prepared, reasonably priced and the service was great. Really friendly staff.

Hunters Quay, Kirn, DunoonHad a family meal here while staying at Hunters Quay Holiday Park. The food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. One of the most enjoyable meals out in a while thanks to great staff and the chef/ lovely food I don't know where the cherry tomatoes served with the steak were from but they were the sweetest and tastiest tomatoes I have ever tried.

Redwood Coffee at Benmore Botanic Garden
Botanic Garden, Benmore, DunoonGreat staff! Excellent food just what was needed after a long walk in the gardens. We had 3 black and blue burgers an American,a vegan chikn burger and cheesy Nachos as they catered well for our fussy 9 year old! Lovely food, great portions and fries were the best! Also the coffee was delicious ? worth a visit. Gardens were beautiful too and we saw 3 red squirrel ?Vegetarian options: Good options

Oakfield Kebab & Fast food
Oakfield Pl, Sandbank, DunoonWe order for delivery, about once a week, where like all take outs, some days are better than others. But…The food is always fresh & hot, with decent sized portions for the price. The delivery charge is fair, and generally delivered within a decent time frame. My wife likes spicy, white I go for omelettes, pasta, scampi or a baked potato, & for our grandson the children’s menu is perfect. Consistency with reading the requests would be good, but the Oakfield is definitely recommended, & to be honest, I would be rather pathetic to take a star off for that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
