The Ardgowan is an amazing boutique hotel less than 2 blocks from the Old Course. The location is amazing as it is a short walk to the Old Course, New Course and Jubilee and an equally short walk to the main restaurant and shops area of St. Andrews. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The included breakfast was amazing and either ala cart or buffet. If I could give it more stars for location, I would. Perfect stay for playing golf in the area. The restaurant downstairs was really nice with excellent breakfast and pints in the afternoon. Very attentive bartenders!

Stopped for a couple of nights for a golf trip - perfect location to access the Auld course and the town pubs etc - only marked down due to lack of lift to upper floors and requirement to book a time for breakfastRecommended
