I’ve been back twice recently. The steak and ale pie was absolutely delicious with perfectly cooked veggies, hence going back the second time! Cosy atmosphere, and the service was great.
We have visited The Inn at Torbrex many times overs the years but unfortunately it seems to have gone downhill. We went as 4 adults and the food was disappointing with 1 of our mains being almost inedible. The beef was just a lump of burnt fat and gristle which they had tried to hide with gravy. With barely even an apology when it wasn’t eaten and pointed out. We had also paid a deposit per person when we booked which the said they had no record of. First time at the inn dropped in for lunchThe place was spotless and nice decorThe food was good and it was very reasonable considering the price of everything rocketingI pass through Stirling every now and then so I'll be making a detour here next time
