169-173 Templehill, TroonAbsolutely amazing food, took my father here on Saturday, we had 2 Guinness to start, 2 meals and 2 desserts then another 2 Guinness, total was about 60quid but the beer was great and the food was better, staff were helpful and extremely polite

But sweet divine is it difficult to place an order over the phone. Tried ringing 54 times tonight before giving up.
Why did I try that many times? Well, it's bloody worth it...if you can get through!

The South Beach Hotel
73 South Beach, Ayrshire, TroonA huge thank you to South Beach for wonderful service. I booked a funeral tea last week and the service was exceptional. Initial booking was easy and straightforward. On the day, the service was outstanding. From receiving our guests at the front door, to hanging up jackets, and communicating with guests in a way which meant everyone knew what was happening and when. The drinks and buffet were greatly received. Chicken tempura and steak pies were definite favourites. Thank you for helping us on such a difficult day. It was a great place to raise a glass in celebration of our loved one.

Troon Yacht Haven, Harbour Rd, TroonIf you want to treat yourself, this is the place! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the staff were friendly and attentive. The interior is beautiful with views to the marina or the gorgeous fish tanks. Loved it.

4 Ayr St, TroonI’m giving a 4 because my wife was unimpressed with the coffee, she’s a real connoisseur so I have to take a star off for that also I asked for a fresh orange and lemonade which was actually 90% lemonade with very little orange. That’s the only negatives though and to be fair they weren’t that big a deal but I can’t really give 5 stars if I have a couple of neggies. Now that they’re out the way, my Cajun chicken salad was lovely, the slaw was really really good and the chicken was done perfectly, most enjoyable. My wife had the chicken burger and she was really impressed with it and the side of seasoned chips were so good. The service was exceptional, really friendly and attentive. Really nice place, I would highly recommend it. Oh, and in my opinion the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food.

Great experience dining here as a vegan too - although menu not clearly labelled we were made to feel welcome and were helped to order. Felt comfortable and confident that it would be vegan (which if you are vegan you will know this isn’t always the case) and the food and evening were excellent. First time here and would definitely return and recommend ?

141 Deveron Rd, TroonThe staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a cheese and ham sandwich and a lentil soup, the soup was seasoned to perfection and I enjoyed the sandwich. Prices were better than reasonable, I was less than £5 for my food and a can of soft drink! Unfortunately they don't allow dogs inside but it didn't stop the lovely ladies taking a large bowl of water outside and even handed me a complimentary slice of ham for him with my order. This makes me and my furry friend very happy. We sat in the seating area outside and enjoyed our food.Wheelchair accessibility: Entry to the premises is level and the doors are certainly wide enough to accommodate any wheelchair I have seen. Access to the outside seating area is also level and although there are loose stones on the ground wheelchair friendly matting has been placed to allow access to the first 2 tables. I didn't have any reason to use the accessible toilet but there certainly was one available.

10 Dukes Rd, TroonFirst time travelling to Troon on the bus. The bus stopped right outside Morrisons so I went in and bought myself a hot beverage whose refills are free. It's nice and the people are really friendly. I would recommend stopping by and having some warm hospitality.
