attended Dough today with 19th Kilwinning Tuesday Squirrels! Nikki hosted the best pizza party. set up was fab! pizza and ice cream was 10/10. kids and parents were all full with smiles on their faces. definitely recommend a trip to Dough for yummy pizza!

Bloom Coffee Kitchen

Very cute place with a happy vibe. Tasty dishes made with high quality ingredients. Friendly and welcoming staff. Could squeeze in a few more tables to avoid waiting.

Old Loans Inn

Nice place to stay and enjoy the surroundings incl. playing golf

Nearby activities: Played golf on some nice and challenging courses

Food and drinks: Enjoyed several breakfasts and one tasty and good evening-meal in the OL Inn

The Harbour Bar

The Harbor Bar is an incredible stop when you’re near Troon. The food is an amazing representation of local fair and the local pub feel could not be better. Server Lynn was one of the best servers I have ever seen accommodating in incredible number of requests. Absolute must GO when in Troon!

Costa Coffee

As usual Mat & girls are always so welcoming at troon.We have said before it is our favourite Costa nothing is ever a bother to them.The coffee shop is always spotless clean

The Strawberry Cushion

It a bit price but the food is good. The atmosphere is good, staff are friendly and service good. I will try full meal next free time to give my factual opinion. But my Mocha was hot and delicious. I highly recommend going here

Troon Yacht Haven

Brilliant customer service from Stuart White and team today on a non-routine and sensitive admin issue. Very much appreciated and a credit to Troon Marina and Yacht Havens in general. 5 stars!

From start to finish staff where excellent chicken tikka butter chicken curries nan Bread pilia rice chicken pakora every we ate was outstanding highlyrecommended

Pavilion Cafe

Good fish and chips very attentive service from young man that spotted me from behind the massive takeaway queue.
The fish tea represents good value with the strange but lovely addition of biscuits with the tea.
Batter was crisp and missing that nasty sponge layer of raw batter so often present so i was very happy. I have had better but not often, my only complaint was the lack ofì takeaway queue control ment it felt like you were sat in the queue on the up side your grubs going to be fresh in a cafe this busy.

Parking: Look about you will find some

Kid-friendliness: What kid is not going to love this nothing to break fried food and they have an ice cream counter for dessert

The Venice Cafe

I’m giving a 4 because my wife was unimpressed with the coffee, she’s a real connoisseur so I have to take a star off for that also I asked for a fresh orange and lemonade which was actually 90% lemonade with very little orange. That’s the only negatives though and to be fair they weren’t that big a deal but I can’t really give 5 stars if I have a couple of neggies. Now that they’re out the way, my Cajun chicken salad was lovely, the slaw was really really good and the chicken was done perfectly, most enjoyable. My wife had the chicken burger and she was really impressed with it and the side of seasoned chips were so good. The service was exceptional, really friendly and attentive. Really nice place, I would highly recommend it. Oh, and in my opinion the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food.

Lovely service and food. It was our first wedding anniversary and the staff went out their way to make a fuss of us. Nice laid back relaxed experience. Highly recommend

Lovely food, friendly and helpful attentive staff. We just walked in off street and although restaurant was full the lady squeezed us in. First class all round. Many thanks.

Cafe 141

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a cheese and ham sandwich and a lentil soup, the soup was seasoned to perfection and I enjoyed the sandwich. Prices were better than reasonable, I was less than £5 for my food and a can of soft drink! Unfortunately they don't allow dogs inside but it didn't stop the lovely ladies taking a large bowl of water outside and even handed me a complimentary slice of ham for him with my order. This makes me and my furry friend very happy. We sat in the seating area outside and enjoyed our food.Wheelchair accessibility: Entry to the premises is level and the doors are certainly wide enough to accommodate any wheelchair I have seen. Access to the outside seating area is also level and although there are loose stones on the ground wheelchair friendly matting has been placed to allow access to the first 2 tables. I didn't have any reason to use the accessible toilet but there certainly was one available.

Lido Troon

Excellent service, I am vegan and they were very accommodating. My partner and I shared as salad, along with our mains. The waitress said they could put the feta on the side so it was not mixed in. The food was reasonably priced we thought. We were staying in a hotel and it looked like a good option. We sat in a booth which was very comfortable. We went on a Tuesday night.

The Poppy Room

We visited Troon on a rare sunny Saturday and popped into the Poppy Room for a bite to eat as it was dog friendly . We both had the soup and sandwich ( one chicken the other ham and cheese) combo which were both tasty . Soup came in a pretty small cup but it was really good. We did ask for the sandwiches to be on brown bread but got white. Service was a bit slow but it was busy but w had to ask twice for our tea and coffee which came very late. On a big plus our wee dog had a nice sausage and loved it. Its a nice cafe, but on this visit they need to up their game a bit 're service

The Tee-Room

Everything was perfect! During a busy The Open week, they had very personalized service and the prices were very modest too and non-inflated, so I made sure to come here time and time again whether for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Loved it.

KERIM'S

They have a good collection of Turkish/Arab food, and they prepare american hamburgers on request too. Food is not out of the world but it’s pretty good. The staff makes up for it. They’re super lovely people. :)

Greggs

We came in and had meal deals today. My sandwich was about 20p more if I added a cuppa, and the wife was about the same adding to her cheese and bacon pastry thing. Decently quick service, even though the short queue was out of the shop when we arrived. There were tables, but the way they asked if I was eating in or out made me suspect there was a charge for using them. (Unconfirmed.) The food was pretty good through - as was the tea - and we took it down to the beach front and watched the sea.

Morrisons

First time travelling to Troon on the bus. The bus stopped right outside Morrisons so I went in and bought myself a hot beverage whose refills are free. It's nice and the people are really friendly. I would recommend stopping by and having some warm hospitality.

Anchorage Hotel

Noticed The Anchorage was under new ownership so booked a birthday dinner for six.Our food was first class, Roast Dinner, Fish, Steak Pie and Burgers were all piping hot and really good quality.Was apprehensive on previous reviews but believe it has been taken over by the Harbour Bar owners last month and the food there has always been top notch.Will definetely be a regular now
