We love going to The Anvil , it's a personal favourite. We took some friends there yesterday for their first time and they equally loved the place. Brilliant choice of drinks for all tastes and the bar food is absolutely lovely. Lovely and warm on a cold evening with really welcoming staff and locals. We actually live in Codsall but a quick train ride is more than worth it. I could go on......?
Lady behind the bar was super friendly and welcoming, just what you need and appreciate in such a place. Located just off the high street and near the station it’s easy to reach. A great atmosphere and good prices. Lots of local on the taps. Would love to come back some

Went here for a Christmas drink with friends ,real ale staff really friendly very reasonable prices and I has a turkey bap it was amazing.Plenty of room and seating and everyone were very pleased with there meals. Great value and would recommend highly and I'm looking forward to my next
