Love Cafe Nero coffee but when I was in a queue of about 5 people, a member of staff had his back to the counter and was chatting to colleagues in the KP area. He didn't even acknowledge the queue of people waiting, just carried on chatting about his weekend. 2 people left as they had had enough of waiting. After about 10 mins a member of staff who was busy washing up clocked us at the counter and rushed to finish and come out to serve us. He might have been new as he didn't say...read full review

The location is very convenient, in front of the Bath bus station, and the opening hours are long. The staffs are very friendly, but there are not many seats with plug in, if you want to use a laptop. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi is very unstable and the environment smells heavy of smoke.

Little engagement with me when ordering. Order rushed so had to ask for more amaretto as it had not added. Staff were a bit off when I asked for the syrup. But it was a hot day and they were flustered
