Slowest service at any Pret. One person taking orders and making drinks. One person doing tasks and ignoring customers. Most disappointed. Won't be going back. Other store in Bath much better organised.
it was my first time there today and it was worth every penny. Friendly staff, cleanliness was emaculate, great location and plenty of sitting areas too. Can't wait to visit here back in June
