Disappointing Christmas Eve LunchWe booked the Christmas Lunch set meal for Christmas Eve (we decided to treat ourselves this year, as this isn't something we normally do at Christmas, as it's expensive.) On arrival at the pub, there were no staff around, so we thought we'd just sit at the table which had been set with cutlery. Good ciders and local ales. Friendly staff.Outside space for kids to run about... it's a shame that came at the expense of the real grass but it's good in most weathers now and there is a covered area with heaters.Pub quiz at 8pm every Sunday seems to have disappeared for now.
