Lin Pop's Cafe
A39, BridgwaterHad been looking for a bacon buttie and a coffee for ages whilst driving for a short break on Exmoor. We were not disappointed. The food and service were excellent. The ladies were very friendly and we even got a burnt sausage for our dog. Well worth a visit.

The Globe Inn
4 Church St, Cannington, BridgwaterThe globe is a great example of how a British pub should be . Friendly locals and real people . The low beams in the main bar and real open fire just set the scene the second you walk in . Great choice of beers spirt and cider and probably the best pint of Guinness you can get outside of Ireland . The globe is a great example of how a pub should be and is a very important part of the local community.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcomeWith parents till 2100 . Great in the summer with large beer garden .

Saffron
10 High St, Cannington, BridgwaterFood - very lovely and quick service. Had a saggwala balti, pilau rice and Richie naan. If you try Anything, please try this naan. It's like a pizza with a smokey naan flavour, so good.Service - quick service and always someone standing by to take requests. Olny reason it's a 4 star is that I went alone and felt a little pressed to order and eat quick but that may have been the trying to make sure I was fine and didn't feel lonely.Atmosphere - pleasant, well lit and clean. Nothing much else to say but nothing more was needed

Tynte Arms Inn
Enmore, BridgwaterBrilliant pub in a nice tucked away area. Owner was very welcoming and kind, 5* service. We really enjoyed our drinks and meal there and could not believe the value for money, contrary to some of the reviews on Google. All I can say is, take little notice of all the bad reviews. After all it is the Daily mail that they’ve been reading, known for it’s truth and reason…
