A cute village pub offering food, drinks plenty of seating indoors and out. An extra outdoor seating area and bar for busy days or events and a children's play area. Carpark and customer toilets, dog friendly and disabled access.
We only had a drink there but I was impressed.The outside dining and drinking area was to a very good standard.The inside decor is of a country pub with various tools of old on the wall.The bar service is good and the choice of local ciders and ales is impressive.I wish that other gastro pubs were this good.

We came in twice over our caravan weekend at the nearby site: At first glance it looks like the sort of local's pub where visitors won't be welcomed, but don't worry - the welcome was excellent, as was the food and the atmosphere. We had a table right by one of the fires, and even though the pub was packed our food came quickly and was well made.If we are in the area we will definitely eat here again.
