We stumbled upon this pub after a visit to Cannon Hall farm, and so pleased we did.Only dropped a point on atmosphere, because it was a quiet Monday lunchtime.There were five of us adults plus our grandson and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food we ordered.Definitely my type of pub, it had character, and that young lady behind the bar was so friendly and attentive.Beer, wine and cider prices well under the price of our local.We would return if it was a little closer to our home,...read full review

Came mid afternoon for a late lunch so pub was quiet but soon got busy. We both had gammon which was lovely and tender and the chips were spot on. Lovely hot food too. Nice friendly service.

The food is Delicious and Fresh! The staff are amazing and friedly, I have been here 3 times now and I can say I will definitely be coming back. The pub is pet friendly water will be provided for your pets free of charge, recommend 100%?
