We booked for 6.30pm. We were seated on time however the waitress seemed have disappeared it took nearly 15 minutes before she came to take our order. When we got to the carvery they were running out of Yorkshire puddings, the ones that were hard and virtually inedible. What meet that was available seemed to be the scrag end of the joint. The food was delicious, well cooked and fresh. The drinks amazing, staff was very nice and the restaurant clean and with good vibe.Parking: Parking is free, just register when you arrive at the restaurant.

We've been enjoying a carvery meal at Barnsley's Toby for years and, on this occasion, it was possibly the best meal we've ever had there. All the meats and vegetables were scrumptious and all the food and gravy was hot. As usual, all the staff were friendly and very helpful too :-)
