Stayed in Doncaster for 5 Nights between Christmas and New Year 2023/24 and used The Gate House for Breakfast 3 Mornings and always found the place very clean, staff friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend, food was better than I'd expected as well. I was impressed by both of the Wetherspoons Bars in Doncaster.
A nice, if somewhat small selection of handpulled beers, a little cheaper than even the usual Wetherspoons price.A single room, large compared to many pubs although smaller than a typical 'spoons pub. Outside seating, on the pedestrianised area between the High St and Printing Office St.

This was one of the nicer Wetherspoons experiences I have endured. The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly one gentlemen working last Friday night who's customer service was top shelf. The drinks and food came in reasonable time and it was busy. We even got asked if our food was okay, which is rare in Wetherspoons.
