My room was great. It was warm, with a comfy bed, a bath and a fridge, which came in very handy. The TV didn't work when I was arrived, but it was replaced the following day and I was offered a complimentary breakfast (thank you, Robin). I ended up having to extend my stay by one night and Scott and Kath on reception, were very helpful with this.
