Came here for Christmas Eve lunch and the food was absolutely amazing, best meal I've had in a really long time everything was so flavourful and piping hot. Definitely worth the money we were totally stuffed at the end and such a lovely atmosphere, lovely way to spend Christmas Eve!
We booked in last minute. Ordered the pie roast which was one of the best pies I have had, veg was cooked to perfection and really tasty and good old hendo's to go on our pie. Dessert I had apple and ginger crumble with custard just one word wow!! My husband tasted it has he had one in another pub last week and said it topped that by far. Hubby had sticky toffee pudding, good size portions and very nice. Service excellent.
