Waited at drive thru to be served then to be told to wait and then served other customer who was behind me in other order bay.Got home and a double cheeseburger was missing,cost more in petrol to go back but it wasn’t a big order so why a mistake????
Really good service, by far the fastest service I have received from a fast food chain in a very long time. All food correct (8 of us), and looked like the pictured too! Staff couldn't do enough to help.

I went to the McDonald at hemlocks way In Heath Hayes . I ordered a Big Mac and strawberry milkshakes and largest chicken nuggets with x2 milkshakes At the first drive thru window I asked for confirmation of my order and all seem ok but when I got to the collection booth I found that some of my order was missing this has happened before and although it was rectified later I still would have liked an apology as a regular costumer
