Went recently with 3 other people, one being a chef. The meals chosen were all cooked to perfection. Starters were also excellent.The chef who was with us said that the fish and chips were the best he has ever had in any restaurant. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Came for Sunday lunch whilst staying in the area. We had a table booked but arrived early and the staff were very helpful in accommodating us which we didn’t expect as they were very busy. We both chose the beef which was served quickly and didn’t disappoint. Beef was cooked perfectly and the mash potato was sublime. Large portion of veg and all super hot. Great food and great staff. Gorgeous meals, always hot and tasty, have tried most of them , but love the mixed bean chilli( when its on the menu), steak pie, both lasagne, and steaks are always spit on. Had the lamb curry yesterday which was amazing, well done chef. Cant fault anything.
