Won't give one star as they are a new business and it would be unfair, but the seats where I sat were dirty, as was the table, and my coffee was weak and tasted as if it had been made with dishwater.
Been here quite often and are usually happy with the food and service. The lunch menu is good especially the baguettes, the cakes are delicious and the drink menu varied. But recently something has changed. The breakfast menu is not good. On a few recent visits we have ordered tinned tomatoes on toast and received 2 limp slices of cheap white toast with a single spoonful of tomato in the middle of one slice. I came here to relax with a cup of tea before an interview. The staff were polite and helpful and the atmosphere, despite the cafe being full, was pleasant and relaxing.Shame they didn't have any lemon slices to go with the tea but the drinks were nice.I'll be coming back to try out the cakes :)
