I had not been to this place for many years, booked via telephone, very pleasant young man took the details. The food was very nice and nicely presented, the service was very good, pleasant young lady served us. Atmosphere was quiet, Tuesday early evening, table booked for 18:30. Decor was very nice. Plenty of owl figures dotted around the restaurant area. Service - fantastic. Nancy was very attentive! Went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.Food - good sized portions of absolutely beautiful food! Hot and well presented. Even the food that our kids couldn’t manage was packed up for us to bring away. Brilliant!The pub in general is lovely. Its decor is lovely and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend it.

I came here for lunch with my parents and boyfriend. We had Nancy serving us who was just lovely and very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed so Thankyou Nancy! The food was great as well it didn’t take too long to come out and overall we really enjoyed our experience. We’ve been here quite a few times and we will definitely be back!
