Partner got surf & turf, I ordered cowboy burger.Both mains arrived within 15-20 minutes of ordering at nearly the same time. Burger was lovely, chips top quality.Partner enjoyed surf & turf however it would be worth mentioning what cut of beef they serve.Recommend if you're after a nice meal without the restaurant price.
We visited the Tunpike on Sunday for a family birthday meal. I have visited many times over the years but this time was excellent. The food was nice and hot, fantastically priced and as for the service I honestly couldn't fault it, nothing was to much of a problem the kids wanted cheese they got cheese, dog wanted water she got it to top it off my daughter got to have an ice cream sundae ? ( she is cows milk intolerant). I will definitely be back when we are in Lichfield again....read full review
