Black Lion Inn, Butterton, LeekMy Husband took me for a surprise Valentine's Day meal. Having never been before, found the pub welcoming, cosy and friendly. The menus offered a choice for all tastes with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. Received a complimentary truffle too. Looking around, people were relaxed and happy in a lovely environment.

0JN Leek Road Warslow, BuxtonWe stayed in our camper van overnight here , had a lovely welcome from both hosts Jenny and Lee , bar comfy and friendly , had a fabulous meal in the evening which was hot freshly cooked and huge! Bar staff and waitress very attentive, had gorgeous breakfast following morning , highly recommend this quaint pub and we’ll definitely be returning
