The Workshop, Moor Ln, Youlgreave, BakewellHad a quick stop over at Peak Feast today for a snack and we chose the homity pies. My wife’s review “ the best homily pie I’ve ever eaten” and she’s eaten a few. Definitely recommended as the cakes and other offering also looked amazing

Duke of York Inn, Elton
Main St, Elton, MatlockLow-key traditional pub, with that very original feeling.
The owner Anthony is an amazing guy, will patiently teach you how to play the dominos and sit with you for a few games.
The locals hanging around in this pub also nice guys.

The Bulls Head Hotel
Fountain Square, Church St, Youlgreave, BakewellWe was on the lathkill dale and river Bradford circular. We stopped here, off route for a beverage. lovely staff, and we had a great time. They literally cater for everyone, in the ladies toilets they had hand cream, perfume body spray deodorant the lot. Was truly amazing. Thank you for making us feel welcome x

The Miners Standard
Bank Top, Winster, MatlockHad a lovely meal last night at the miners standard. We are staying in Winster for the weekend and walked there with our dog, to meet old friends.Food was fantastic, all the staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was warming of a village pub.Highly recommended to others.

Main St, Birchover, MatlockOne of my favourite pubs in the whole peak but a bit hit and miss with opening times vs whats published it seems? Arrived yesterday ( Sat, within published opening hours) no sign of life :( Great pub, location, beers and food
