Peak Feast
The Workshop, Moor Ln, Youlgreave, BakewellAbsolutely amazing homity pie and coleslaw. A must visit if in the area. The Bakewell tart was also delicious. Lovely, friendly staff. A gem of a cafe. The rain poured as we sat and enjoyed a treat in this beautiful village.

The Miners Standard
Bank Top, Winster, MatlockHad a lovely meal last night at the miners standard. We are staying in Winster for the weekend and walked there with our dog, to meet old friends.Food was fantastic, all the staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was warming of a village pub.Highly recommended to others.

The Druid Inn
Main St, Birchover, MatlockPopped in for a sandwich after a walk on the rocks behind the pub. The sandwich was gorgeous and possibly the nicest chips I've ever had. Only problem was it was about pricey for a couple of sandwiches and a drink, but maybe that's just me not getting with the times. Would definitely go back to try something else off the menu.
