1 Well Ln, Clare, SudburySmalltown bakery has one of the best, if not the best almond croissants that I have had in my life. It is so crisp, buttery, flaky, and a beautiful almond flavour. On top of this, the rest of their food that I have tried is of a really good quality, especially their sourdough bread! I’ve tried their drinks a few times, and whilst I do believe that their chai latte could use more spice, their drinks are consistent in their deliciousness. Just to note before you go there, they do not take cash! Overall, a lovely place.

10 Callis St, Clare, SudburySuper friendly and welcoming traditional pub. We had fish and chips from the visiting van outside and ate them in the pub garden, you're allowed to eat them inside the pub too. Dog friendly. Pool table. Live music on Sundays.

Maltings Lane, Clare Castle Country Park, SudburyExcellent 5 star ***** food and service. I am 80 years old and have never had as good as this cafe’s food from a cafe before Great prices and music too I had a toasted cheese and cranberry sandwich a few day’s ago which was so lovely and tasty that I had to drive the 10 miles back again today to have another one. Mmmmmm delicious ?. Most people go to walk around Clare country park but I go to eat at the cafe. Do yourself a favour and go there. You will never forget the yummy food.
