We stumbled across this restaurant on the way home from a long journey. Incredible food and service, highly recommended to anyone to visit. Best meal we've had out for a long while!
On our way down to Leeds Castle stayed overnight close by. This pub had good reviews so we can give it a try. No regrets. Worth a 20 minute drive from where we were staying. Modern clean, lively pub. Proper home-cooked food. Brilliant service by the son of the owners Jack. Service the way it used to be and should be. Guiding us through the menu and what wine to drink with our meal. Went here for a dinner and the food was outstanding. Service was really friendly and helpful when needed but also not in your face. Would definitely go again when I am in that neck of the woods.
