Southwold's unofficial ice-cream inspector visited Suzie's Cafe yesterday. Credit where due the Swiss Chocolate is exceptional. So unbelievably good we had to double check the nextday. This reviewing is seriously hard work.
Perfectly located on the Prom, it presents itself really well. Nicely done menu of food and drink (I like a thoughtfully done typeface), and that feeling is carried through to the take away drink cups and the general decor. A genuinely friendly and happy bunch of people serving, great coffee and Mövenpick ice cream. Put that together with nice weather and the waves gently breaking on the beach, I can think of worst ways to spend an hour or so.
