Out for Sunday lunch The roast which was chicken and beef was excellent and the macaroni cheese too. A good choice of deserts, also excellent. The staff are Absolutely fantastic very helpful and friendly, will definitely be eating here again.
Excellent food, cooked to perfection and tasty. Do light bite meals which are smaller portions of the mains and wonderful value. Staff very attentiveParking: About ten spaces at the pub but just up the road there is free parking by the children's playground where there is plenty of parking

We visited the chestnut horse for a meal before the Soul Project evening being held there , the food was amazing, the service was excellent, we were well looked after by all of the friendly staff members. Soul project were fantastic too. We will definitely be back.
