Just eaten there. Sunday Roast Carvery was very good, as was the desert. A pub like they used to be. Decent hand pulled ales and good food at sensible prices.
Landlady and staff were very friendly. Can't fault the service.

What a find! We were made SO welcome in this community-run pub by the lovely lady who manages it - she was so accommodating and made us feel right at home, even lighting the fire for us. The food was superb. And the loos ere immaculate! It's the sort of place I'd happily eat in as a woman on my own.

Very nice pub, good and plentiful food. Was very busy when we arrived and they had run out of the lamb shank but quite understandable. Very popular, fabulous views.
