70 Station Rd, AddlestonePopped into Bread and Roses not expecting anything wild — maybe just a solid cup of coffee and something to tide me over. But then I had the baked beans, and… I don’t know how to explain it, but they were weirdly very good. Like, suspiciously good. Almost like the chef made a secret pact to make humble beans the highlight of the menu. Smoky, tangy, a little sweet — somehow rich and subtle at the same time. I’m still thinking about them.
The café itself has a warm, welcoming feel. The staff were lovely, the music was just right, and there’s a sense of calm that makes you want to linger a bit longer.
Thank you to everyone at Bread and Roses for the unexpectedly excellent beans.
Will definitely return. For the beans.

Our doner kebabs were absolutely delicious, best we have had in a long time - super flavoursome. The homemade pitta was also delicious. Can't wait to try their other dishes.

The staff are incredibly friendly. Ive been to the restaurant twice now and the service is impeccable. The food is gorgeous. I had the deep fried Camembert to start which was perfectly melted and tasted amazing. Followed by the spaghetti carbonara. This tasted amazing and was a really generous portion. Enough in fact for me to have the second half for dinner the next day. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will definitely return.

13 High St, AddlestoneWe've had take away from Thai Chefs many times already and after just having had another delicious meal, we feel that diners should know about this small, local place. The portions are generous and everthing we've tasted was consistently fantastic (tonight, we had duck with lychee, green thai curry, pad thai, and several starters). We couldn't find them on Just Eat anymore and their website seems to be broken, but they are open - and even do 10-15% discounts. We highly recommend this thai place!

Despite turning up just 20 minutes before they were due to close, we were welcomed and seated straight away with no problem. Only request from them was that we could order before 10 since the kitchen would be closing which was completely fair given the time we arrived.Waitress was very friendly, happy to help and advise. Food was very very tasty and great portions, some recent reviews speaking negatively of the food do confuse me.Despite it being so late and far beyond closing, we were offered deserts. These were equally as incredible as the starters & mains.Price wise, very standard pricing for an Italian restaurant. I'm sure there is cheaper nearby, but the price is so worth it and not bad at all.Overall one of the best experiences we've had in any restaurant. I'm sad we don't live nearer otherwise we would return much more often.Thank you for being so welcoming.

I ordered a mixed kebab - great quality meat, tender shish and tasty kofte and doner. Nice salad and chilli/garlic sauce. These guys obviously care about their food. 68 Station Rd, AddlestoneFirst Papa John’s pizza experience and we were not disappointed! Absolutely amazing pizza and fantastic team working hard there. Chap who served us was so patient and helpful and ensured we got the best deals/value for money. Extremely reasonably priced and our order fed all 4 of us with more than enough leftover for tomorrow’s lunch too!! Vegan options aplenty and the vegan hot dog & jackfruit pepperoni toppings were delicious! We heard it was the best pizza ever and we definitely agree! Will highly recommend getting a collection from the Addlestone team and can’t wait to return next time we visit as it was a highlight of our holiday! Thank you!!

The Holly Tree, 25 High St, AddlestoneWas here for a couple of nites and attended a metal band show. The pub has a very old history probably older than 1836, which the bartender showed around the pub. The owners Kevin & his wife are really warm and kind.
