Been here lots of times before, this particular visit was at a very quiet time of day when I imagine most people are at work so we pretty much had the place to ourselves.We weren’t starving so had a selection of the starters (scallops with broad beans, pressed lamb belly with broccoli and anchovies, asparagus and greens in balsamic, fat chips and a truffle mac and cheese) they were all delicious.Waiter was a lovely attentive French man and the mains and puddings on the menu...read full review

My husband and I got married today and went to this pub for a meal with our family and friends.We were warmly welcomed by Pascal & Barbi and had a brilliant time! The service was great and so was the food. I will definitely be back for their delicious fish stew!

This place is absolutely amazing! From the first communication of booking the table to on the day , they were so responsive. We were there for a meal after my son's civil wedding (14 of us) and they surprised us with complimentary bottles of champagne. Throughout the meal they were so attentive and friendly and the food was so delicious. I really cannot praise them more for such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back for more.
