“Had lunch here today (last visited over 8 years ago). Very pleased to say this pub has regained its previous star qualities - excellent food, very pleasing staff and joyous surroundings. The food, by current measures, is cheap, and as such good value, rather than delicious.

It feels very much like a local and is just near the village green.”

“I remember, think his name was Andy, guy with a beard who use to own this pub. We are talking about the late 80's. Great pub back then. Today, still a nice place. Pool table has gone.. Oh well but they did have football on so not is all lost. What happened to Andy?”
