Had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful hotel for 2 nights. Such comfortable beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Big thumbs up ? to housekeeping! Staff friendly, professional and efficient. Great self-service breakfast. Beautifully situated alongside the Thames with lovely walks along the tow path. I visited the site of the signing of the Magna Carta after actually seeing one of the four original manuscripts in the British Library. An easy 40 minute trip from Paddington Station (one change at Slough) to Windsor. Then, across from the station, the #8 bus to the Bells of Ouzeley (a pub). From there a 10 minute walk (signposted). The hotel is based at a very lovely setting at Runnymede on Thames near Windsor. It has very good facilities and the food is also at a high level. There is plenty of parking and the outdoor is a very nice place to relax.
